Designed for families and groups of friends, there’s plenty of space to gather together—and enough to do that some of your favorite days may be the ones you never leave the property. OUTDOOR LIVING The outdoor spaces are the heart of the estate. Enjoy the resort-style pool with waterfall and deck jets, year-round hot tub, dedicated pickleball court with basketball hoop, putting green, expansive lawns, tire swing and a spacenet (large multi-person hammock). Fire up the BBQ for dinner outdoors, watch the sun set over wine country, then gather around the fire pit under the stars. THE HOME The home has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and accommodations for up to 15 guests, with spaces designed for both gathering and relaxing. You'll have a full kitchen for group meals, comfortable living areas, arcade games, Wi-Fi, a workspace, and washer and dryer. LOCATION The estate sits among vineyards and wineries, yet you're only about 4 miles from downtown Paso Robles. Wineries are minutes away, with Sensorio and Vina Robles nearby and convenient access to Highway 46 and US-101.
Other Details to Note
• The hot tub is available year-round and included with your stay. • Summer (Memorial Day–Labor Day): Additional pool heating is available for $50/day. • Rest of the year: Pool heating is $300/night with a three-night minimum. After the third night, additional nights are $180/night. • This is a peaceful wine-country property, but it is not completely isolated. Neighboring vineyard properties can be seen from portions of the estate. • Please be mindful that sound travels easily in the countryside. Quiet hours and our outdoor-noise rules are strictly observed so we can be good neighbors. • Children are welcome, but the property includes a pool, hot tub, fire pit, elevated play features and other outdoor amenities that require appropriate adult supervision. • We have outdoor security Ring cameras around the perimeter of the home including the pool to help us manage the property and ensure the quality of your guest experience.
