This quiet home is located a few blocks off Pioneer trail in the middle of town and close to everything South Lake has to offer: 12 minutes to Heavenly Ski Resort, Casinos, Pope Beach, and El Dorado Beach! 17 minutes to Sierra at Tahoe Ski Resort, and 8 minutes to ‘The Y’. Anything in South Lake Tahoe is within 15 minutes reach. Best of al! miles of trails are less than a block away to walk, run, and mountain bike in the summer or to snowshoe, cross-country ski, and even snowmobile in winter. Hike down for a scenic picnic by the Upper Truckee River – it will only be a short and easy 15 minute stroll down from your doorstep.
